OCCA’s dark, psychedelic sets mix elements of techno, minimal, breakbeat and house into a multidimensional structure ideal for the dance floor. He navigates diverse sonic aesthetics like a maestro, aiming to transcend space, time and spirit, luring listeners into uncharted realms with his meticulous mixing style.

He has been invited to play at prestigious domestic parties like DJ NOBU’s Future Terror and techno festival, Mindgames’ The Labyrinth. In recent years, he has embarked on frequent tours across Europe and Asia, counting performances at clubs such as Säule (Germany); Bassiani (Georgia); Mihn (Hong Kong) and Pawnshop (Taiwan). His overseas festival appearances include Wonderfruit (Thailand) and (Re)treat Festival (Vietnam). He is also active in the domestic scene as an organiser, running “ARCHIV” at Precious Hall club in Sapporo for over a decade; and has started to host conceptual events at prominent venues such as WOMB and VENT in Tokyo, and CIRCUS in Osaka. He collaborates on the world stage with artists like Spekki Webu, and collectives and labels such as System Revival and Axces Recordings.
